This lovingly maintained home was supposed to have been the retirement haven for my clients. In the last couple of years they have done numerous upgrades and additions to the home to make it exactly what they wanted. It has a new Florida room, a new roof, and a new water softener. In addition, most of the pool equipment has been replaced. The native Texas landscaping around the pool was planted after a retaining wall was replaced to support the pool.
But with the return of their grown kids and grandchildren to San Antonio, my clients' needs changed. They decided to move to a different part of town to be closer to their grandkids. Unfortunately for me, they are moving farther away from me!
